installation package for chouette 3.1.1

This package has been tested on Debian 8.1 and 8.2 64 bits only

this package requires following packages : 

for chouette only : java7-runtime, postgresql (>= 9.4)

for chouette + chouette2 : java7-runtime, postgresql (>= 9.4), proj-bin, libproj-dev, libpq5, libsqlite3-0, openssl, libxml2, libxslt1.1, libreadline5, libreadline6, 
                           libssl1.0.0, libevent-2.0-5, libevent-core-2.0-5, libevent-extra-2.0-5,  ruby (>= 2.1.5), bundler

Notes :
- oracle jre 7 or  openjdk 7 can be installed

to install chouette, download chouette.deb and install it :

  dpkg -i chouette.deb
  dpkg -i chouette2.deb (version 3.1.0)

follow instructions displayed on the terminal after installation

to update an existing Chouette application, remove the previous version files before installing the new one
   - the created user and database will be preserved

A tip for a quick install : 
- install jre and postgresql with apt-get
- install chouette.deb and chouette2.deb 
- chouette2.deb will claim for missing dependencies
- run 'apt-get -f install' will resolve missing depedencies and terminate 

after installing, it is necessary to configure mailing parameter :

edit /var/lib/chouette/chouette2/config/environments/production.rb to set : 
- config.action_mailer.default_url_options according to your chouette server hostname or IP
- ActionMailer::Base.smtp_settings according to your mail smtp server 

next restart chouette server : service chouette restart
